Lamola's extradition decision to be reviewed

A decision on former Mozambican finance minister, Manuel Chang’s extradition will be taken next month. Earlier this week, Justice Minister Ronald Lamola announced his decision, to extradite Chang to Mozambique. 

However, Mozambican anti-corruption watchdog body, Forum de Monitoria do Orçamento filed an urgent application to halt the extradition process. The matter was heard before the high court in Johannesburg today.
