Toddler drowns in manhole

A grieving Khayelitsha family says, they warned Cape Town municipal service workers, that an exposed manhole in their street was dangerous and it was. A toddler drowned in that uncovered drain. Little Imthande Swartbooi fell down the manhole while playing with his friends on Sunday.
