Teen girl allegedly raped in Stellenbosch Hospital

The family of a teen rape survivor in Stellenbosch outside Cape Town, say they want justice after their daughter was assaulted in a state hospital. 

The 15-year-old was a patient in the psychiatric ward at Stellenbosch Hospital when she was attacked.

The Western Cape Health Department admits there was a lapse in the communication from when the hospital management had to inform the child’s family.
