Riverlea’s sewage nightmare

Issues of drugs, poor service delivery and sewage filled streets have plagued Johannesburg’s Riverlea community for decades.

Residents have long voiced their concerns over poor living conditions and say they’re very unhappy with their local ward councillor.  

This has left the door open for the DA and ActionSA who were on the ground to address issues today.
