#Covid-19: Schools to remain open, for now

Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga says her department will take its cues from the Health Ministry before ordering school closures, so not to create panic over the Coronavirus. This comes after Grayston Preparatory School in Gauteng was closed on Monday after a staff member, who is currently under observation, came into contact with a COVID-19 patient. Motshekga was speaking during a press conference in Johannesburg on Monday.
