Hybrid work the new normal

The world is slowly getting back to normal but it seems the working class want certain things to stay as is.

A study by Future Forum has found that executives were nearly three times more likely than regular employees to want to return to the office on a full-time basis.

10 000 employees from companies across the world took part in the survey. About 76% of them do not want to return to the office full-time and 68% of execs wish the opposite.

We were joined by industrial psychologist Ntokozo Khoza to discuss this hybrid work culture which has become the preferred way of working.
