Abductions and ransoms in SA

The details surrounding the release of the Moti brothers remain unknown.

According to police they were dropped off at about eleven o’clock last night in Vuwani about a hundred and 50 kilometers from their home.

It’s unclear if a ransom payout was involved.

But anti-crime activist Yusuf Abramjee says in many instances the families of abductees pay a ransom in secret for the release of their loved ones.
