Limpopo judge president faces defamation claims

Last month, Advocate Sekiti Phaladi spoke out about what he claims, is the unfair treatment by the Limpopo Judge President Ephraim Makgoba.

Now, advocate Kevin Maluleleka also claims he has been victimised by the judge president since 2016, after he founded a legal rights NGO.

He says the judge president threatened to deal with him personally and legally.
