Anti-vaxxer has a change of heart

The science is still out on all the long-term effects of contracting Covid-19, and no one wonders more about the battles of the coronavirus’ long-term health problems than 53-year-old Lynne Bendrau.

Bendrau spent 98 days in a Cape Town hospital, fighting for her life. Incubated and in a medical coma, her family was warned to prepare for the worst.

Now in recovery, the former anti-vaxxer says she’s even prepared to take a booster jab if it means a chance to survive the dreaded fourth wave.
