Communications Minister apologises for breaking lockdown rules
Communications Minister Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams,
has apologised to South Africans for violating lockdown regulations.
She had lunch at former Deputy Minister Mduduzi Manana's home on Sunday.
President Cyril Ramaphosa has since placed her on special leave for two months,
of which one month is unpaid. He further ordered her to issue an apology.
