Helping those in need

As anxiety over the COVID-19 pandemic continues to grip South Africans, rural and fishing communities have also expressed their concerns over the virus and access to food.

A group of women’s organisations including the Rural Women’s Collective, Women on Farms, launched a campaign to assist these communities. 

Naledi Moleo spoke to the co-director of the Rural Women’s Assembly, Lungisa Huna.
