Isiphetho - Sipho

Sporo is Portia’s baby daddy. Intwana yase Kasi, he’s a hustler and thug but before all of that he is a fledgling father. 

Sporo is utterly in love with his daughter, but his criminal activity makes it hard for Connie to trust him with Portia or Sihle. He has big dreams of buying a home for himself and pay damages to the Zondos so he and Portia can finally start their life together. 

However, his ideas to make this a reality are often reckless. He is impulsive and a thrill seeker which often gets him and Portia into trouble. We meet him when he ropes Portia into an armed robbery on the morning of her cousin’s wedding. 

However, he gets arrested and puts pressure on Portia to move drugs for him. He secretly suspects Portia snitched on him but he is torn because of his love for her. We will see him move from being a thug who disregards Portia because he believes everything, he is doing is for their family to someone who starts to appreciate her especially when he realises he might lose her. He will be presented with the opportunity to change or crash and burn.
