Tributes pour in for Denis Goldberg

Tributes continue to pour in for former Rivonia trialist, Denis Goldberg.

He died at his home in Hout Bay, late on Wednesday evening. He was 87-years-old.

Goldberg will be fondly remembered for his massive contribution to the liberation of our country.

Accused number three in the Rivonia Trial, he leaves behind a remarkable legacy.

This includes raising millions of rands to fight gender-based violence and poverty.

His friend and former Constitutional Court Justice Albie Sachs paid tribute to him earlier today.
