How to keep soldiers in line during lockdown

Melanie Rice spoke to Darren Olivier, African Defence Review Director, about when the 70 000 soldiers of the South African National Defence Force will be deployed.

This comes after President Cyril Ramaphosa announced in April that soldiers will be deployed in order to help implement the lockdown.
