Government: COVID-19 calls for innovation from SA's youth

About 59% of South Africa’s youth between the ages of 16 and 24 are unemployed.

This is according to Statistician-General, Risenga Maluleka.

But, government’s economic cluster says the pandemic has provided a space for all young people,

to find innovative solutions for our new way of living.

And, it’s prepared to back them through various programmes.
