Saving in the time of COVID-19

The South African Savings Institute has dubbed July “savings month”. 

But as many South Africans have experienced some financial setbacks, such as job losses and pay cuts, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, is it still possible for people to save under these tough economic conditions?
