Durban Gen Season 2 - Extended

Johannesburg – From tonight the 3rd of October, the ever-compelling e.tv hospital drama Durban Gen jumps into an extended season 2 - Season 2B - with the storyline taking place 5 years later.

Mbali Mthewa [Nelisiwe Sibiya] opens the scene at her graduation ceremony where she becomes a fully-fledged sangoma. The contrast and conflict between traditional vs western medicine will become a big factor as the story evolves.

One thing is sure- love, relationships and cheating scandals will continue to unfold. Dr Thabo [Meshack Mavuso] and Dr Zondo [Fanele Ntuli] are now married. Dr Jack and Nurse Calvin have taken the next steps in their relationship and are now engaged. And, Matron Phumeza and Sibiya finally have children of their own.

As the dramatic tension rises, Durban Gen Season 2B will run all the way into the first quarter of the new year, keeping viewers firmly glued to their screens.
