TK can't shake the unease he feels when he sees Thenjiwe and Bandze interacting at church. Harboring a secret, TK abruptly walks out on Thenjiwe after a tense phone call. When Chuma catches TK drinking alone, he senses something off and warns TK not to hurt Thenjiwe. Later, Thenjiwe confronts TK about the mysterious call, but TK skillfully deflects the conversation by commenting on her fashion choices instead. During a Sokhulu family celebration, TK steps out to take yet another suspicious call, leaving everyone puzzled. Later, he doesn’t return home, calling Thenjiwe to inform her that he has to deal with a family matter. The next morning, Thenjiwe gets the shock of her life when TK returns and introduces her to his three children—Andile, Andiswa, and Ayanda.
