Three young philanthropist entrepreneurs, known as the “Triple O’s”, decide to take the law into their own hands when they get an anonymous tipoff that a cash-in-transit truck carrying government tender funds they were fairly awarded, is going to be hijacked.

Intent on plotting the perfect heist within a heist, the cousins craft an immaculate plan to hoodwink the heist, but their plan soon spirals out of control, launching a high-speed car chase with the Metro Police that forces them into the notorious Alexandra Township.

Gereza dissects the very core of corruption, coupled with an adrenalin-filled car chase through Johannesburg, and a high stakes court-case where not only the lives of the Triple-O’s business partners are at stake, but the future of the Kasi as whole.

Pitso

The Leader of Triple-O’s, Pitso is a smart, selfless and empathetic individual who will do anything it takes to liberate the Kasi.

Kagiso

Fierce and tenacious, Kagiso’s never-say-die attitude drives her crew to succeed, even when all hope seems lost. Determined and often fearless to a fault, she is a force to be reckoned with.

Rego

Diplomatic and level-headed, Rego is a mediator between Kagiso and Pitso, never failing to provide an invaluable voice of reason in pressure-cooker moments.

Snake

A former special-ops agent, Captain Mokwepa, AKA Snake, is a corrupt, violent and unforgiving police officer who will stop at nothing to take down the Triple-O’s

Dorothy

Operating under a second identity, Dorothy is an outspoken news reporter determined to clean-up the city, keeping close tabs on the Triple-O’s, and pulling more strings in their favour than they know.
