Hustle is a new and dynamic drama set in the music industry in and around Johannesburg. Superstar Kitt has risen to the heights of the South African music industry, adored by audiences Kitt, like many, commenced her career singing with her sister and best friend but her talent and ambition catapults her into a solo career turning her into a mega-star.

With success comes all the trappings of the red carpet, sold-out concerts hit records, and screaming audiences feeding her ego to the point of destruction. After a spectacular public downfall, Kitt is forced to return home broke and broken, hoping to escape her real and perceived demons.

Her sister Neo reluctantly takes her in, on the condition that she turns her life toward God, and so begins our story of a musical diva's struggle to return to her former glory.

This time though she will use the talent and youth of the community she rejected to propel her back into the dark heart of the recording industry. We follow Kitt as she takes street urchins Baby and Thuli through a journey, which eerily mirrors her own, to the height of stardom.

Battling not only her past but her previous singing partners Neo and Kedi, and the man who started it all, Duma.

The series brings together a powerhouse of South African acting talent. HUSTLE Mondays at 10PM.
