Isitha: Yamadoda

A relationship is a beautiful union between two people. Velaphi has grown and matured into a respectable young man since he started dating Amahle. And, she has been a supportive partner. However, their relationship is now threatened by a fresh prince of eSwatini named Mbuso. 

Mbuso met Amahle for the first time at Nomsa’s wedding and the chemistry between the two was magical. They began talking to each other as friends and as time passed, they mutually grew even more fond of each other.

Amahle was supposed to go to her matric dance with Velaphi but sadly, that did not happen. This gave Mbuso the opportunity to be Amahle’s knight in shining armour and he then escorted her to the dance. But the two didn’t notice they were secretly being watched from afar by Velaphi, who was boiling with rage.

Things get to a point of no return and a major fist fight breaks out between Velaphi and Mbuso. Velaphi is fighting to keep his woman and Mbuso is fighting for the woman he believes will rule with him someday in eSwatini.  

After a few days passed one would think their fight was over, but things escalate to the point where Mbuso chases Velaphi through the community with a knife. Velaphi is caught off guard but gets a chance to run to his house to fetch Chuma’s gun. What he does next will leave Mbuso scarred for life.
