Cooperative Governance Minister Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, and UN resident coordinator in South Africa, Nardos Bekele-Thomas, today launched a partnership to speed up services in SA's poorest districts. The COGTA-UN partnership, launched in Mthatha today,
aims to support the implementations of District Development Model launched in 2019.
The model is aimed at forging closer cooperation between the three spheres of government, to speed up service delivery and job creation in metros and districts.
